VocaColle is the biggest online song festival run by niconico regarding vocal synths and is a great place to find new and up-and-coming producers. it also has an app (also run by niconico) with a vocal synth exclusive song ranking and music player. you can get the app on google play here

VocaDB - a database and archive of a shitton of vocal synth music and my personal favorite place to find them. it also has a music player for a lot of the songs they have
